now romney has a pretty good plan. it is good. it reduces taxes but it will also leave a huge hole in the budget. for newt to be responsible, he should talk about what he is going to reduce to bring down the level of tax revenues. he has a great line, my plan will bring and less tax revenue. we will make government equal to the size of the revenue. but he was the one who criticize paul ryan when paul ryan had a serious thing to do just the entitlements. part of the reason i do not fully trust him, romney also needs to be more specific about spending. they are all afraid of it. i go back to 1988. senior had two things people remember. no new taxes, read my lips. which was written by my former wife. in my living room in great falls, virginia. i thought about putting up a plaque. this is where it was started and abandoned. the second thing was a flexible freeze. it was a sensible program. he got elected on it. in three months, he abandoned it. we had a meeting in 1989 and already they were off the track. this is another warning i hav
